Welcome to Henna Arts by Fayya! To ensure a smooth experience, please review our service policies below.

Appointment and Deposit Policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, payable via Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash. This deposit will be applied to your final balance, with the remaining balance due on the day of the appointment. Once your appointment is confirmed, no changes can be made.

Delay and Additional Charges: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, an additional charge of $2 per minute will apply. If you are unresponsive and more than 30 minutes late, the session will be terminated, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Allergy and Liability Waiver: By booking an appointment, you confirm you are not allergic to henna ingredients (including natural henna, eucalyptus oil, sugar, and lemon). Henna Arts by Fayya is not responsible for any adverse skin reactions. We recommend a patch test if you are unsure about your skin’s tolerance.

Photography and Marketing Release: We may take photographs of your henna design for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website). Your identity will remain private unless you give explicit permission otherwise.

Payment Terms: The remaining balance is due at the time of the appointment. We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash only as payment methods
